Robin Hug

Navvis

Robin is an executive leader with expertise in operations, care transitions management, finance and financial modeling, and transformative healthcare strategies. She has guided healthcare organizations to successful outcomes in a range of value-based care programs, including MSSP ACOs, bundled payment contracts, and clinically integrated networks.

At Navvis, Robin is Executive Vice President of Market Partnerships. In this role she leads teams responsible for a range of strategic initiatives that enable our clients to advance the path to risk-based contracts and measurable clinical and financial performance. Her teams focus on conducting deep discernment of client data and developing multi-year financial models to advance value-based contracting and performance.

Robin also has leadership for Navvis’ cross-continuum network development and management teams. These teams identify and define high-performing post-acute care, community, and care at home networks. They align and contract network providers and facilities, integrate Navvis’ proprietary Coreo platform applications and care management teams, and provide ongoing network management.

Prior to joining Navvis, Robin served as COO for Population Health and Care Coordination at Orlando Health. This role included administrative oversight responsibility for the Orlando Health Physician Group medicine and surgical practices, with over 200 employed physicians.

Robin also spent 13 years at Tabitha Health Care Services as CFO and Vice President, Finance and Support. Her responsibilities included overseeing a 195-bed nursing facility that provided post-acute care, including units specializing in sub-acute rehab, Alzheimer’s, and hospice care. Robin also oversaw Tabitha’s operations related to Medicare- and Medicaid-certified home health and hospice and private duty home health in a 28-county region, an intergenerational day care service and over 300 senior independent living units on three separate campuses.

Robin graduated with highest distinction from the University of Nebraska – Lincoln with a degree in business administration and an emphasis in finance. She received her Master’s degree in health care administration from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities. Additionally, she has a Green Belt certification in Lean/Six Sigma and is a member of the Health Care Financial Managers Association and the American College of Healthcare Executives.
