Kristi Short

Executive Vice President, Care Networks
Navvis

Kristi serves as Executive Vice President of Post-Acute Care for Navvis, developing strategies and operational models that enable health systems, hospitals, and health plans to achieve clinical and financial outcomes in value-based contracts. She is an expert in post-acute care and voluntary and mandatory bundled payments. Kristi works across Navvis aligning her knowledge and experience to ensure the design and delivery of successful programs.

With more than 20 years of experience in strategic planning, business development, and strategy implementation in the healthcare and financial services industries, Kristi brings a valuable perspective to her work with client organizations, having led broad-based initiatives in two heavily regulated and dynamic sectors.

Kristi has worked extensively with post-acute providers, and has assembled large, joint venture inpatient rehabilitation services and outpatient facilities with hospitals, including Mercy St. Louis, Texas Health Fort Worth, Methodist Dallas, and BJC St. Louis. She has also developed strategic plans for national post-acute providers. Prior to joining Navvis, Kristi worked as VP of Development for both Centerre Healthcare and HealthSouth. Before entering the healthcare industry, Kristi worked in the financial services sector, including a 13-year tenure with the Federal Reserve Bank where she chaired several Federal Reserve Subcommittees.
