Christine Mulheran

Chief Client Services Delivery Officer

Christine is a healthcare executive with proven performance-building and operating market-based healthcare solutions for both health systems and health plans. She has extensive knowledge in government-sponsored health plan models, and significant experience developing and managing outcomes-producing care delivery for Medicare populations including Medicare Advantage (MA).

As Chief Client Services Delivery Officer, Christine oversees Navvis’ comprehensive care continuum capabilities spanning ambulatory care management, acute and throughput services, post-acute management including high-performing skilled nursing facility networks, palliative care, and in-home services. Her areas of responsibility include practice optimization teams, quality operations, continuous improvement through clinical development and optimization, and physician engagement via the Surround Care Academy. Christine draws upon her deep experience developing and operating market-based healthcare solutions for health systems and health plans to drive integration and performance across Navvis’ full continuum of value-based care services.

Prior to joining Navvis, Christine served as Head of Corporate Operations for Munich Re’s Health Division with responsibility for the development and implementation of its enterprise wide operating framework and platform. She led all operations including claims, IT, medical risk management, policy insurance, and accountability for underwriting and actuarial operations.

Christine was also President of Health Plans for Catholic Health Initiatives (CHI) where she led the development and growth of MA health plans, driving 75% year-over-year growth in membership and vastly improving operational performance. Christine also worked in leadership roles at UnitedHealthcare, WellCare Health Plans, and Ernst & Young.
